"How To Programs"

Do you feel that you are not creative?  Do you feel that you cannot compare with others?

Well, join the group!  Some of us feel the same.  And we get ideas from others.  Many of us refer to Close To My Heart's "How To Programs."  That's where I get many of my ideas for cards and scrapbook layouts.

“How To Programs” are essential guides for creating beautiful cards and scrapbook layouts. Various patterns have been developed and released through our various publications. "Embossing Folders"

Embossing Folders are a quick way to emboss and add texture to your paper. Our folders are clear 5” x 7” holders which are run through an embossing machine such as a Cuttlebug.

"Thin Cuts"

I love our “Thin Cuts”

With our wonderful “Thin Cuts”, I no longer have to fussy cut some of my stamped images. Plus I can do some fantastic mass production of my designs..

“Thin Cuts” are metal dies for cutting selected stamp shapes. Some are packaged with coordinating stamp sets. Others are packaged separately and are simple shapes or words to easily decorate your paper creations.

“Thin Cuts” are packaged on their own magnetic sheet and work with most die-cutting machines similar to the Cricut Cuttlebug.

Operation Smile^®

As an Independent Consultant with Close To My Heart, I am supporting its partnership with Operation Smile^®, an international non-profit organization that repairs childhood facial deformities.

Every three minutes, a child is born with a cleft lip or cleft palate. These facial deformities can result in difficulty speaking, malnourishment, and social ostracism. Operation Smile's mission is to repair cleft lips and cleft palates for children throughout the world, particularly in areas where surgical care is difficult to obtain. It organizes volunteers and resources to aid children, parents, and communities by performing life-saving surgeries and advocating for sustainable healthcare systems.

Through donations of time and money, Operation Smile has provided more than 220,000 free surgical procedures for children and young adults in the last 34 years.
